Your Role at Baxter

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the strategic local marketing plan, considering all Front Line Care product lines, to achieve the objectives defined by the Regional and local Marketing organization, ensuring the achievement of the established goals in the budget (income, expenses, and profitability) for each of the lines, under your responsibility!

What you´ll be doing
  • Ensure the maintenance of the strategic data of the Front Line C line, with updated data from ANS, DataSUS, Datamyne, data collected from the market (via tenders) for constant monitoring of the market positioning of the line vs plan and competition.

  • Ensure the achievement of the goals established in the budget (income, expenses and profitability) for each of the lines, under your responsibility.

  • Construction/nationalization of promotional materials for the local portfolio

  • Establish and handle relationships with local society and the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) to support growth and product adoption.

  • Point of contact with the South Latin American team for marketing processes for Brazil.

  • S&OP management according to sales funnel opportunities presented by sales managers.

  • Construction of the annual plan for direct and indirect sales and expenses as well as forecast reviews. Build and implement the service offering to gain value from the installed base of equipment in combination with financial and technical services.

  • Lead the use of the Acute Care Marketing Budget for use in Events, promotions, campaigns.

  • Assess the management of marketing/customer information in full commitment to the LGPD standards in force in Brazil. Develop guidelines and monitor the implementation of local promotion and advertising activities, seeking to ensure the quality of services and improve the effectiveness of the plans.

  • Organize, with Regional Sales and Marketing Managers, the correct use of Evaluation and Demonstration resources for the development of Opportunities.

  • Ensure the application of corporate policies for product lines, seeking adequate communication. Represent the company at events, associations or similar with the objective to receive information of interest to the company.

What do you bring?

Professional training in marketing or related careers. Graduate degree desirable. 6 years of experience in the area of capital Equipment Marketing Office package management Advanced English
