RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos, that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media to build relationships with the audience and foster community engagement.
· Implement strategies to grow the organization's social media following and increase engagement with target audiences.
· Use social media monitoring tools to track conversations, trends, and mentions relevant to the brand and leverage insights to inform content and engagement strategies.
· Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives and measuring their effectiveness.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement metrics, reach, and conversion rates, and preparing reports to track the impact of social media efforts.
· Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure social media efforts align with overall business goals.
· Be prepared to address and manage any negative feedback, controversies, or crises that may arise on social media platforms.
· Build relationships with brand advocates and influencers to amplify the brand's message and reach a wider audience.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or digital marketing
· Three or more years in b-to-b marketing preferably in a high-tech industry
· Three or more years of social media community
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· strong customer service skills are important. This includes the ability to respond to inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
· Ability to collaborate effectively is essential.
· Ability to create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including writing, graphic design, and video production skills.
· Strong communication skills to interact with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
· Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools, as well as an understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
· Ability to analyze social media metrics and data to track the performance of campaigns, understand audience behavior, and make data-driven decisions.
· Ability to address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, and escalate issues as needed.
· Understanding of the brand's goals and objectives and the ability to develop and implement social media strategies that support these goals.
· Willingness to work closely with other teams, such as marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all channels.
· Capacity to identify and address challenges or issues that arise on social media, such as negative feedback or crises, in a proactive and effective manner.
· Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
· Thoroughly reviewing and editing content, monitoring social media metrics, and ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
· Social Media Platforms Sprinkrl.
· Marketing Automation Platform (Eloqua) and/or CRM Platform (Oracle on Demand) experience a strong plus.
· Spanish, Portuguese, and English proficiency.
