Role Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team. Our ideal marketer can not only design campaigns but also be hands-on in implementing them day-to-day.
In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote (1) our time-saving Microsoft Excel add-in, and (2) online training courses aimed at aspiring/current finance professionals.
You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in both digital and direct mail marketing; a solid understanding of software/SaaS products and the finance industry; and a track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our two product focuses.
· Identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
· Create and optimize compelling marketing content across various channels, including landing pages, social media, and email/direct mail campaigns.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
· Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including sales collateral, presentations, and customer success stories.
· Track marketing budgets and provide regular reports on marketing activities and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the software or finance industry.
· Solid understanding of software products and/or the finance industry (especially investment banking and corporate finance), with the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition.
· Proficiency in marketing automation tools and email campaign tools (e.g., Zoho Campaigns).
· Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to rapidly direct/create persuasive marketing content.
· Experience in managing SEO, organic social media, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
