*THIS POSITION IS FOR ALL LATIN AMERICA* As aBilingual Sales Demo Setter, you will be responsible for generatingqualified leads and appointments for the sales team. You willresearch potential clients, initiate contact through variouschannels, and qualify leads based on specific criteria. Your goalis to schedule quality demos or appointments to help the sales teamachieve their revenue targets. Responsibilities - Research andidentify potential clients through various sources such asdatabases, social media, and industry events. - Initiate contactwith leads via phone calls, emails, and other communicationchannels. - Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria,including budget, need, authority, and timeline (BANT). - Educateleads about the company's products or services, highlighting keyfeatures and benefits. - Schedule qualified leads for productdemos, sales meetings, or consultations with the appropriate salesrepresentative. - Maintain accurate records of interactions andlead status using CRM software. - Collaborate with the sales andmarketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improveconversion rates. - Continuously update knowledge of industrytrends, competitor offerings, and market developments. Requirements- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,Communications, or a related field is preferred. - Must haveexperience in sales, account management, or a related field isrequired. Candidates with experience in the same or relatedindustry may be preferred. - Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills in English are crucial. - Strong customerservice skills for maintaining relationships with existingcustomers and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Excellent salesskills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiating, andclosing deals. - Ability to analyze market trends and data toidentify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. -Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationshipswith customers, colleagues, and management. - Proficiency in usingcustomer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as othersales and marketing tools. - Ability to adapt to changes in themarket, industry, or company strategy. - Willingness to work in thePacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). - Must have apersonal Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core I5 above) with aninternet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
