About the role
We’re looking for a full-time Salesforce Admin for our team in Medellin, Colombia. As part of our team you will have the chance to help us improve the healthcare experience in the U.S. for hundreds of thousands of patients. Your job will include developing Salesforce applications that enable patients and our care concierges to navigate service routing, scheduling, and care communications. You will work directly with care concierges and a cross-functional team to enable workflows that can scale to meet the needs of our rapidly expanding offering.
Responsibilities
Configure Salesforce applications (including front end user interfaces, templates, and flows) to enable user-friendly and intuitive front-office workflows for medical practices
Identify and implement automations for manual workflows and reporting processes
Implement data import, export, and governance processes to ensure that data within Salesforce is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable
Manage users, profiles, permission sets, groups, sharing, and licenses
Design and implement Salesforce system configurations to ensure applications are production ready, and quality issues are proactively monitored and resolved
Contribute to documentation, training and troubleshooting related to application architecture and system administration workflows
Work collaboratively with Product, Operations and Commercial teams to translate business goals into actionable requirements and scope of work
Support the development of the product by continuously building knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
Skills and qualifications
University degree in computer science or related field, preferably with a Salesforce Administrator certification
1-2 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with experience building and maintaining applications Service Cloud Voice, Health Cloud and Experience Cloud
Experience with healthcare data analysis and governance, preferably with HL7 standards
Previous work experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in healthcare services
Experience through the entire software product development lifecycle, including committing sandbox changes as part of DevOps workflows
Strong technical writing skills as reflected in technical design documents and specifications
Strong communication, both written and verbal (candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish)
Experience delivering high impact Salesforce solutions working in partnership with a cross functional team
