Responsibilities:

  • Managing, renewing and finding new business for Latin America

  • Outbound calls and prospecting.

  • Providing solutions and presentations to customers - by phone and occasionally in person.

  • Close new sales and renewals over the phone.

  • Overcoming objections and solving problems.

  • Participate in local events and trade fairs to support the growth of the territory

  • Making monthly, quarterly and year-end forecasts.

  • Work with the onboarding and support teams to improve customer satisfaction

  • Complete assigned certifications to understand the platform and customer experience.

  • Sales or sales support experience in the education or learning products market a plus.

  • Experience selling to IT Training Centers.

  • Must have a proven track record of success.

  • Ability to manage multiple clientes.

  • Performance and results oriented.

  • Work well under strong sales pressure.

  • Self-motivated - able to work independently to achieve individual and Certiport sales targets.

  • Excellent oral, written, time management and presentation skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

  • Available for trips.
