Senior Marketing Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing concepts and tools, demonstrating proactive curiosity and strong analytical skills. This role requires the ability to analyze performance data from multiple sources, develop insightful theories, and communicate findings effectively to senior leadership. The Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing strategies and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including Snowflake, PowerBI, Marketo, and Salesforce, to evaluate the performance of marketing programs.
• Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis.
• Utilize SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, and InsightSquared to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Analyze demand funnel performance and campaign effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and strategy development.
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to leadership, making data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate historical data to inform forward-looking strategies, focusing on segment growth and customer engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and tools to continuously improve data analysis processes.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong understanding of marketing concepts and tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, InsightSquared, etc.).
• Experience with Snowflake and PowerBI is a must.
• Ability to pull data from various sources, including Marketo and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and curious mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in strategic budget planning, allocation, and tracking.
• Collaborative and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
• Previous experience in a high-growth marketing and sales environment is preferred.
