SCOPE OF THE JOBThe Marketing Director will be responsible for the strategy,execution, analysis, and on- going optimization of our clientsmarketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensiveknowledge of the consumer package goods market and will be able toland our clients products according to the market needs, as well aslead all marketing activities to drive brand awareness, acquire newcustomers, build customer loyalty. Duties And Responsibilities -Responsible for establishing and executing on a sales strategy tosupport the company’s ambition to grow more than the market. -Provide daily leadership and guidance to direct reports to setdirection for achieving overall sales targets. - Participate in thedevelopment and execution of strategic and tactical business planswith key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevantorganizational goals and implications are factored into digital ande-Commerce projects. - Determine standard KPIs to track performanceacross channels and campaigns. - Design marketing campaigns forhigh-quality lead generation. - Stay current on the latest trendsin recruitment marketing advertising. - Analyze performancereporting to identify marketing optimization opportunities. -Identify new digital acquisition opportunities. - Develop andoversee the effective planning, and execution of content acrosswebsites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency,accuracy, and timeliness of all web content publishing. - Driveimplementation of new practices to improve competitive advantage inrelation to the sales (business Development) strategy. - Developsand monitors marketing plans, both short and long range, to achieveaffiliate objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and marketshare. Required Skills And Abilities - Bachelor’s degree inmarketing or related field. - Minimum seven years in marketing in amultinational company. - Minimum five years executing and directingdelivery marketing campaigns. - Track record of successfullymanaging marketing teams. - Clear understanding of deliverymarketing methodology - Keen understanding of social mediamarketing and advertising strategies - Ability to develop emailcommunication tracks for nurturing leads. - Practical experiencewith a marketing automation system - Strong organizational andinterpersonal skills - Ability to direct strategy as well asexecute marketing tactics. - A solid commercial mindset with theability to influence and drive decision-making. - Curious intellectand innovative problem-solving skills, demonstrating a continuousdrive for improvement. - Outstanding social and interpersonalskills to foster effective collaboration and communication. -Ambitious and growth-oriented mindset, seeking opportunities forboth personal and professional development. - Bilingual in Englishand Spanish.
