Descripción del trabajo - Sr. Manager Regional Sales Analytics
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Build and lead Wholesale business performance analytics function for the Regional Wholesale Organization
Be responsible for delivering cutting edge analytics services to all market stakeholders, enabling them to take quantitatively based decisions.
Act as local “centre of expertise” within Sales for all analytics related topics and drive the implementation of analytics tools across the organization.
Lead strategic assignments or projects related to developing a larger understanding and stronger guidance on how to elevate Sales performance through data
Responsibilities
Prepare data analysis for Regional and country stakeholders for (exemplary analytics areas may include but are not limited to): Wholesale sales performance analysis & insights reporting Digital web performance analysis & insights reporting Media Marketing campaign analysis and optimization Product range analysis & quantitative assortment optimization Paid and organic on-site search analysis & optimization Translate analytics into engaging, actionable and easy to digest insights Implement global initiative testing and tracking solutions Consult across markets teams in driving consistent language, insight generation and utilization towards business optimization and development Accountable for LAM Wholesale Market data sourcing and management along with DNA and country Sales Ops Be the LAM Market point of contact for all key external stakeholders (eCom digital analytics, Market finance, etc.) to align reporting frameworks and consistency so we portrait the right story telling for all stakeholders Work with Global DPC business analytics, ecom analytics etc to input local insights and business reality, improve reporting structures and distil best practices across markets Define data modeling, analytics platforms and visualization guidelines for Sales business performance data across the region with the different partners. Ensure data consistency and executive communication to senior leadership and beyond.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Executive communication
Experience in handling business performances kpis cross channel and driving actionable insights
Experience in different fields of digital measurement tools and measurement platforms for web analytics, mobile, paid media, social, sentiment, SEO, etc.
Experience with data management tools to centralize, automate and visualize large volumes of data from different sources.
Experience in eCommerce environment
Experience with BI, Financial Planning, Merchandising processes, tools and KPIs.
Profound experience with data and visualization techniques.
Experience with B2B sales data
Strong communication and storytelling skills (PPT or advanced tools).
