Descripción del trabajo - Sr. Specialist Sales Representative

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Promote the brand and its products to the assigned group of customers to achieve significant sales targets and visibility, respecting the defined Sales Strategy and the brand image

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update the customer segmentation channel classification annually
  • Develop assigned Fashion customers, tap full potential, and manage all interfaces towards adidas, respecting the framework set along with the Sr. Manager
  • Develop/update Account Marketing Plan according to the customer portfolio mapping strategies
  • Organize, prepare, and execute the pre-lines and sell-in customer meetings, pre-selecting the range, offering sell-out support based on our seasonal focus products, technologies, and concepts and in respect of Sales & Brands strategies
  • Negotiate and enforce the adidas Trade Terms.
  • Visit customers regularly respecting the store visit guidelines (VM, RSM, re-orders, POS-material etc.) and conduct store audits, ensuring continuous improvement of the store audit results.
  • Understand the Fashion ecosystem and identify opportunities to develop new customers.
  • Monitor all relevant reports while ensuring correct and timely sell-out data from strategic accounts (Fashion Influencer, Fashion Specialist, Directional Top)
  • Monitor and report on customers and competitors’ activities and propose/initiate/take actions.
  • To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customers' performances (all KPIs including Pre-orders, NS, Conversion, Returns, Credit Notes, Trade Investments)
  • Ensure customer compliance with agreements
  • Support the credit department in the credit collection
  • Key Relationships:

  • Brand Team – ensure campaigns and communications aligned with Brand strategy
  • Concept to Consumer (CTC/Category) Team – guarantee product allocation and category strategy
  • Finance Team – manage provisions, credit limit, DSO, to ensure business growth and continuity
  • Operations Team – manage the order book to guarantee the product availability
  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

  • University degree or equivalent education required
  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
  • Minimum 2 years experience in job or job function
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience
  • English proficient
