Mission

Manage Daily Treasury Operations and Team, help build controls and processes to safeguard company’s most valuable asset and interact with different areas to support the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily cash visibility timely and accurately

• Deliver highly accurate monthly + quarterly cash forecast

• <0.5% error rate on ally payments

• Understand our fiduciary structure and implement changes to improve trapped cash by 10%

• Support with audit requests

• Implement, monitor and report against critical Treasury controls

• Support on the implementation of the processes and controls related to our regulated entity

• Support and develop the team

Requirements

• Great understanding of important Treasury controls and processes

  • Between 2-3 years of Treasury experience

  • Knows how to evaluate the need of implementing controls without stifling processes

  • Knowledge of working capital management, cash management and treasury risks

  • Comfortable on managing bank relationships

• Experience in regulated Financial Institutions (CF or similar)

  • Familiarity with banking requirements around liquidity, cash management

  • Experience with reporting required for Superintendent

  • Helped to implement controls and processes consistent with CF

• Curious with a hands-on approach

  • Eager for learning new activities

  • Focused on improving processes

  • Capable of removing operational blockers from the team

• Additional valuable skills & experience:

  • Treasury Management Solutions (TMS) experience or Cash Management tools

    • FIS, ION, Kyriba, Balance, TIS or Trovata

  • Project Management / Product Management experience

  • Experience with Netsuit
