In this role, you will: -Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy to achieve theagency's business goals - Partner across the GTM leadership team tooversee all aspects of the agency's marketing operations, includingdigital performance marketing, demand generation, and creativeservices - Build and lead a highperforming marketing team - Manageand grow the agency's client portfolio - Represent TTEC and newagency services at industry events and conferences - Stay uptodateon the latest digital marketing trends and technologies Yourskills: - Creative services: Website design, branding, advertising,and video production - Demand generation: Content marketing,webinars, events, lead nurturing, and lead scoring - Leadership andmanagement: Team building, coaching, and performance management -Business development: Sales and marketing strategy, clientrelationship management, and new business acquisition - Analyticalskills: Data analysis, reporting, and insights generation Whatyou'll bring: - 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with atleast 5 years in a senior leadership role - Proven track record ofsuccess in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels andtechnologies - Experience managing and growing a marketing team -Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to workindependently and as part of a team About TTEC For nearly 40 yearsand counting, we've combined service design, strategic consulting,technology platforms and operations excellence to deliverexperiences that captivate customers and dramatically improve thebottom line.
