Descripción del trabajo - Virtual Assistant of Handyman Services

The Virtual Assistant of Handyman Services will play a vital role in overseeing operations and providing efficient management of a team of handymen. This position requires a strong understanding of handyman services, including TV mounting, furniture assembly, wall hanging, and assisting residents with moving in. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for scheduling, conducting interviews, and ensuring the smooth and successful execution of all handyman services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the handyman services.
  • Schedule appointments, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet customer demands.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a skilled and reliable team of handymen.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the handyman services industry.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding the performance and progress of the handyman services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English skills.
  • Desirable knowledge and understanding of handyman services, including TV mounting, furniture assembly, wall hanging, etc.
  • Familiarity with the lingo, terminology, and technical aspects related to handyman services (e.g., wall mounts, screw types, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges and find practical solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and other departments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in service delivery.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the use of scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a remote position as a contractor (prestacion de servicios), salary: 800 USD

Schedule:

Thursday, Friday and Monday from 10:30am-7:00pm (30 minute lunch)

Saturday - Sunday from 8am- 4:30pm (30 minute lunch)

Tuesday and Wednesday - OFF
