Position Overview: The Global Sales Support Manager is key to our sales team’s success, offering strategic support across global operations. This role requires an individual capable of enhancing sales processes, boosting team performance, and contributing significantly to our sales strategy. The successful candidate will manage sales support operations, provide essential support to the sales team, and help in strategizing and executing sales plans. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist with the development and deployment of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. - Team Support and Coordination: Offer continuous support to sales reps globally, ensuring access to necessary tools, resources, and data. - Training and Development: Manage the training and development of the sales team to ensure proficiency in product knowledge, sales tactics, and industry insights. - Performance Monitoring: Track sales team performance, identifying improvement areas and strategizing on productivity enhancements. - Sales Analysis and Reporting: Perform detailed sales analyses and prepare reports on sales metrics, market trends, and outcomes to guide strategic decisions. - Customer Relationship Management: Partner with the sales team to maintain robust client relationships, understanding their needs and guaranteeing satisfaction. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment with marketing, product development, and customer service to achieve comprehensive sales objectives. - Process Optimization: Regularly review and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Required: Experience supporting sales teams in the BPO industry worldwide. - Proven track record in sales operations management or sales support roles in both b2b and b2c, ideally in iGaming, blockchain, crypto, or Web3 sectors. - Familiarity with sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market analysis. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Competent in managing a global sales team remotely. - High proficiency in CRM software; Zoho CRM experience preferred but not required. - Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
