Job Description (KRA’s): - Responsible for developing& managing business across the country. - Achieve the OverallSales Objective & sell through’ the entire product line. -Ensuring robust business growth by building high performance team.- Coordinate with existing Distributors to strengthen the Brandpresence as well as strengthen Distribution Network. - EstablishDistribution in the areas currently Biotech is not present or notadequately represented. - Connect with KOL’s & engage them tofoster long term relationship. - Sales Management / Tender Business- Develop methodologies to gather critical Market Intelligence& forward the same to Product Management Team. - Co-ordinatewith HO for generation & statistical evaluation of the PMSdata. - Collection & Submission of rolling forecast / S & Sstatement on periodical basis. - Thorough competition analysis& based on that making suggestions for Product Innovation forBiotech. Candidates Profile: - Around 40-45 years of age. - Science/ Pharmacy graduate. Management qualification is desired, notcritical. - 8-10 years’ experience in Sales with a pharmaceutical /medical device company. - Proven track record of achievement inSales. - Managed KOL’s / worked towards creating / managing few. -Good Scientific temperament with communication skills. - Deft inhandling MS Office & experience in dealing with creativeagencies. - Experience of Channel Marketing & exposure toOphthalmic segment desired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
