Are you a motivated sales hunter who enjoys winning the sale through relationship -building and creative solutions? Look no further! Our Resem Colombia team is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to complete our sales team in Bogota. A person who joins as our Sales Executive is expected to generate new accounts throughprofessional real estate agencies and/or construction companies, by cold calling, prospecting and networking,with a goal of subscribing them to ourportalin Colombia. For this position, we are looking for a sales-driven and tech-savvy professional who will focus on achieving predetermined goals of customer acquisition and generated revenue. What you will do: - Significant cold calling to a diverse range of potential clients to generate qualified leads. - Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and growing the value of your portfolio. - Pitch our portalas a power selling platform to real estate agencies and/or construction companies and increase interest in its services. - Demonstrate the value and benefits of our product by following a consultative sales methodology. - Nurturing existing accounts assigned in your portfolio, via inbound requests and outbound cold calling, to better understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for us to solve them. - Track all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool). You will thrive in this role if… - You are a seasoned(minimum 2 years) sales professional, preferably within a SaaS or digital business, with a hunter mentality. - You are skilled at generating your own leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking. - You have killer time management skills. In order to be successful, you must organize and balance your activities appropriately(prospecting, selling, and account management) to create results. - You are an advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite. - Ability to work under pressure with high orientation to achieving objectives. - You have a leas a Bachelor degree. - You are a native Spanish speaker and you manage English as a professional (this is a must).
