We're inviting a highly ambitious and organized Sales Representative to join our energetic and strong sales team. Our comprehensive 90-day onboarding and training program, led by our experienced Sales Trainer, is designed to quickly equip you with the necessary skills, helping you bypass the typical 6-month learning curve. The role involves providing complete and suitable financing solutions to all customers, developing lasting relationships with clients, managing a book of business, and continually seeking new business opportunities. Sales representatives are responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closing. Sales representatives will identify prospective clients, educating them on the benefits of the financing products offered by NorteSur Management. Sales representatives will also maintain a book of business by supporting existing clients with any additional financing needs. Fundwell provides the technology and infrastructure to maximize sales in a collaborative and supportive team environment. Qualifications and skills: - English C1-C2 - Positive mindset - Team player - Candidates must possess a growth mindset, demonstrating an ability to constantly improve based on feedback and experience. - Must be highly self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Exceptional organization and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Sales experience - Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace. Sales Representative Job Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to qualified clients. Your role will include prospecting and leveraging our marketing channels to streamline client intake and communication. - Evaluate the financing needs of potential clients. - Manage document intake process. - Collaborate with the loan processing department in managing the approval process and promptly responding to any requests for further documentation or resolving any issues. - Once approvals are received, present the benefits to the client, promote the deal, and close it through effective communication and negotiation as needed. - Build, foster, and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers. - Develop a pipeline by implementing structured follow-up strategies for new and existing business.
