Your Role and Impact The Territory Sales Manager will beresponsible for all sales activities in support of named ChannelPartner(s). Individual will build relations, manage and engage instrategic distribution accounts resulting in additional sales ofViewSonic products. Ideal candidate will be located in Bogotá,Colombia. Day to Day Responsibilities - Develop and grow keyaccounts as assigned. Responsible for maintaining and increasingvolume levels with existing assigned accounts. - Develop andimplement innovative account based marketing plans and activities.Review marketing investments and ROI, and responsibility for theinvestment of ADF funds. - Selective targeting of strategiccustomers in the assigned areas - instituting fresh programs,improving communication between ViewSonic and the target companies.- Develop a strong relationship with the highest levels ofmanagement within each assigned account. Translate thisrelationship into an ability to go to the top when institutingprograms and initiatives. - Maintain a well-defined sales strategyfor all accounts in defined region. - Effectively manage inventorylevels, returns, stock adjustments, and defective return ratios.Effectively manage all required credit memos and follow-updocumentation. - Grow skills to and maintain a high level of joband product knowledge, competition, teamwork, communication,creativity, productivity, time management, career developmentplans, ongoing sales training, etc. - Support the General Managerand upper management by assisting in reviewing and/or modifyingexisting strategies and tactics, establishing and maintaining goodcommunication with all levels of the organization. - Improvedevelopment of future budgets, working with corporate to reduceexpenses and maintain maximum levels of operational efficiencies. -Contribute to the development of future marketing and salesprograms by regularly reporting to corporate competitive pricinginformation, new product introductions, and promotional activities.- Attend trade shows, conduct seminars, participate in salesevents, conduct product training and do executive levelpresentations as required. Extensive travel as required to fulfilljob requirements. Your Profile - BA/BS degree in Marketing,Business Administration or other appropriate discipline. - Workingproficiency with English language required. - Minimum five (5)years sales management experience in a Computer Hardware industry,specifically managing distribution and channel accounts forcomputer displays, projection, digital signage, VDI or relatedproducts. - Demonstrated the ability to promote growth interritory/account and drive growth in POS. - Passionate fortechnology, must have working knowledge of how to service, sell,and support projects within target accounts. - Self-starter withthe ability to make a substantial number of calls, handles a highvolume of activities, and maintain a continuing fast pace. -Accustomed to business travels, excellent time management and ademonstrated ability to maintain accurate, detailed records. - Mustpossess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonalskills. Also must be energetic, persistent, committed to theproduct line and position. Driven, competitive and successoriented. - Channel Sales & Manufacturing experience ispreferred.
