In this role, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of high-impact systems, tools, and business processes that fuel scalable growth. Working closely with leadership, engineering, design, and business stakeholders, you will drive innovation across complex workflows. Accountabilities:
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy in partnership with leadership and department heads, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable product initiatives, aligning technical capabilities with operational priorities.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery, implementation, and continuous optimization.
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving clarity, alignment, and transparency.
- Analyze and redesign business processes, identifying automation opportunities and implementing scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, designers, engineers, and operations teams to deliver measurable improvements.
- Independently manage niche initiatives and complex product stages, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in fast-paced, digital or technology-driven environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver solutions with measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of modern product and project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed decision-making mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.
- Hands-on experience building automation solutions and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities in distributed, remote settings.
- Comfort working across time zones and flexible schedules.
- Proficiency in no-code or low-code tools for prototyping and early-stage validation.
- Previous business analysis experience is a plus.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
