Accounts Payable

Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable Associate at GEA Process Engineering, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process. Your main duties will include processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, conducting payment runs, and resolving any discrepancies. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on any outstanding issues - Prepare and process payment runs - Assist with month-end closing activities - Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies - Assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable role - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
