Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Netcompany is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate Level working from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process and ensuring timely collections from clients. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while still being a key member of our finance team.

Responsibilities: - Generate and issue invoices to clients - Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts - Reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries and discrepancies - Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and ensure accuracy - Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable status - Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Hardworking and resilient with a strong attention to detail - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong negotiation skills to resolve payment issues and disputes - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
