Operations Associate - Work from home

LINAK is seeking a motivated and driven Operations Associate to join our team on a full-time basis working from home. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our company in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK.

Responsibilities: - Perform data analysis to identify areas of improvement in operational processes - Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and increase efficiency - Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels - Support in coordinating logistics and shipping activities - Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed - Help maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve efficiently - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
