Operations Manager

Job Description:

MiR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in København, DK. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow and achieve company goals - Manage and monitor operational budget, expenses, and performance metrics - Oversee inventory management, supply chain, and logistics processes - Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures - Lead and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational performance - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies - Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise in a timely and effective manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams - Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving operational excellence - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset - Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Eligibility for visa sponsorship if not already authorized to work in Denmark
