Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Matas is seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Manage and evaluate operational processes to ensure maximum effectiveness - Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and workflow - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve company goals - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards - Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Generate reports and present findings to senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred) - Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful and solution-oriented mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
