Senior IT Consultant with focus on Active Directory

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US:
As a Senior IT Consultant – with focus in Active Directory and EntraID at SimCorp, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and global IT Operations team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding service worldwide. As a member of our server team, you will be working with servers & infrastructure, in close collaboration with team members located in other parts of the world.
The position is based in Copenhagen, and you will be part of the Global IT team of +70 employees, 13 of whom are a part of the IT Operations team worldwide. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Configuring and maintaining on-premise Active Directory services and servers
• Managing EntraID in Azure, ensuring secure identity and access management
• Managing PKI infrastructure, public DNS, and associated certificates
• Responsible for Tier 1 servers, including their configuration and maintenance
• Participate in implementation tasks and projects
• Handling Identity and Access related tickets (incidents and service requests) on a global scale

• For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to take on a technical and team lead role, managing the day-to-day operations of the Identity team. This team, including this role, will consist of two additional members located in Manila.

WHAT WE VALUE:
• Strong experience with on-premise Active Directory and Azure EntraID management
• Expertise in implementing and managing Conditional Access Policies
• Proficiency in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for secure communication and authentication
• Solid understanding of Azure infrastructure and on-premises server environments
• Experience in scripting and automation, preferably with PowerShell
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle incidents and service requests effectively
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest in technology
• A service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support and solutions
• Have a high ‘Sense of Urgency’ and focus on prioritizing tasks
• Social and contributing to a good team spirit
• Excellent process knowledge and documentation skills
• Knowledge and experience of using ITSM tools, preferably Jira and Confluence
