Grid Installation Coordinator

We are looking for a Grid Installation Coordinator to make an impact that matters.

How you will make a difference in Better Energy
Together with your colleagues, your main role will be to support the expert teams, Grid Installation and Commissioning, in their daily tasks. You will be the one structuring and coordinating communication with Project Managers, the Document Management Team, HV Procurement and HV Engineering to ensure a documented and structed workflow. We see you have an important role in this mission.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Grid project documentation
• Support in delivery plans for HV projects
• Follow-up and control of deliveries for EON. ION. and FON.
• Coordination with Grid Operators and relevant authorities
• Meeting notices, structuring of meetings, agenda, and minutes for Grid Installation team
• Journaling and follow-up tasks
• Ensuring all relevant documents are uploaded to systems
• Working with processes and tools to optimise HV project workflows.
• Ad hoc teamwork in the Grid Installation team

So, who are we looking for?
We find it important that you possess the following competencies:

• We imagine that you have +5 years of experience from a similar position
• You are experienced in structuring, coordinating and communicating with the team.
• You have worked with/in a Grid Installation team/environment before.
• You speak and write Danish and English fluently.
