Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

NKT Holdings is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Service Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed - Assist clients with account setup, onboarding, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Provide support to the sales team by preparing materials for client meetings and presentations - Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continually improve our services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services or a related field - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
