Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Radiometer Medical is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team on a remote basis. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of resilience and resourcefulness, as well as strong strategic planning and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information - Resolving client issues and concerns in a professional manner - Communicating with clients via phone, email, and online chat - Maintaining client records and updating databases as needed - Collaborating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Providing feedback to management on client trends and issues

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and resourceful nature - Strategic planning skills - Emotional intelligence - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
