Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

DONG Energy is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Support Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to their queries via phone, email, or live chat - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of client support resources - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or client support - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients - Innovative mindset and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs - Reliable and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
