Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

SANOVO Technology Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in a remote work position based in København, Denmark. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are energetic and resilient with excellent people management and negotiation skills.

As a Customer Service Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving customer complaints - Processing orders and managing returns and exchanges - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members
