Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Genmab is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Handle customer complaints and work to find satisfactory solutions - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with customer service-related projects as assigned

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Innovation and leadership qualities - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
