Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Chr. Hansen Holding is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to join our remote team in København, Denmark. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat. 2. Providing product information and guidance to customers. 3. Processing orders and managing returns or exchanges. 4. Collaborating with other team members to address complex customer issues. 5. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases. 6. Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement. 7. Assisting with product troubleshooting and technical support. 8. Participating in training and development activities to enhance customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Strong time management and organizational skills. 6. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 9. Teamwork and collaboration skills. 10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
