We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to contribute to the success of our customers’ playable marketing campaigns. This role is perfect if you are a service-minded professional looking to help customers maximize their output with playable marketing while seeking to grow your career in tech. You will report to the Customer Success Engineer Manager and be part of a successful Customer Success Engineer team who are already working with some of the biggest brands in the market. About the Position As our new Customer Support Specialist, you will guide and advise our customers to achieve success with playable marketing through our chat support. We’re looking for a tech-savvy self-starter with competencies in customer service and written communication, and an interest in digital marketing and gamification. Applying your tech savviness (understanding of HTML, CSS, graphics setup, etc.) and communicative skills, you will accommodate our customers by clearly understanding their pain points, catering to their needs and communicating solutions in a timely manner. Whether you’re able to solve the issue yourself or if you need to bring on an expert, we expect that you hold the customer’s hand throughout the entire process. Besides being our first-line support, you will also play a vital part in creating and updating content for our Help Center, meaning that you should be able to convert technical knowledge into easily understandable content. This is an entry-level position. We don't expect you to be an expert from day one but hope that you're eager to learn and widen your knowledge with us. This is a full-time position with working hours mainly set between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays, and potentially weekend and night shifts after further agreement with the manager. The ideal profile

  • Relevant experience in customer service or back-office support
  • Full professional proficiency in Danish and English
  • A tech-savvy mindset and an understanding of HTML, CSS, pixels, fonts and tracking
  • An eagerness to learn and work with some of the brightest minds in SaaS
And it’s a plus if you have
  • An understanding of digital marketing and gamification
  • Experience in creating content
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Experience with CMS solutions (such as WordPress)
  • Experience with project management systems like Monday or Jira
  • Graduated from a relevant educational institution
