Job Description:
KMD is currently seeking a talented Live Chat Assistant to join our remote team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions with our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have - Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions - Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through feedback and suggestions
Requirements: - Passionate and driven individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think innovatively to find solutions - Excellent written communication skills in both Danish and English - Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Experience working remotely and independently with minimal supervision
