The position is located in Aarhus, Denmark.

Key responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you will be a part of a team of 50 experienced colleagues in the Maersk Special Project Logistics product in Europe, where we strive to deliver the best service for our customers.
The position requires an entrepreneurial mindset with initial task of building on the team across Europe, but also globally selected areas. Together with your new team you will play a key role in designing tailor-made logistics solutions and coordination of various projects for our customers as well as being part of our accelerated growth within our segment. Your main responsibilities will, among others, be:
• Manage an existing team with a European footprint initial 6-8 employees
• Coordination and planning of solutions for our global customer via your team
• Project coordination and execution, including on ground supervision via your team
• Leading the Continuous improvement towards our customers

- Proven Leadership skills.
- Experience from building teams would be an advantage
- Experience from Project execution is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written fluency in English
- A collaborative mindset with a “can do” attitude
- Eagerness to be best in class and part of a winning team
- Ability to be flexible when needed as our job is not always 8-16
