Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Ecco is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team in København, Denmark. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to key accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. - Assist Account Managers in maintaining relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. - Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement. - Support the account team in creating and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. - Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure that customer needs are met. - Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training on product offerings.

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual with strong time management and analytical skills. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
