Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Scape Technologies is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior years of experience required. We are looking for a reliable and independent individual with a knack for creativity and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with their inquiries. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers on previous interactions. 3. Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Providing information about our products and services to potential customers. 5. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our database. 6. Collaborating with other team members to improve the overall customer experience. 7. Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics for call resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. 2. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers with professionalism. 3. Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software. 4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
