Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description: SANOVO Technology Group is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This full-time entry-level position does not require any previous experience, making it a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service. As a Remote Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, and chat support.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues - Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to supervisors

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and fluency in Danish and English - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Resilient and resourceful mindset to handle challenging situations - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Comfortable working remotely and using technology to communicate with team members and customers
