Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Call Center Manager to join our team at TDC Group in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a call center environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center, including monitoring performance metrics, training and coaching staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the call center operations - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvements - Lead a team of call center agents, supervisors, and support staff to meet performance targets and goals - Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively and creatively to find solutions - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets and goals - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
