Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

MiR is seeking a highly motivated and independent Call Center Manager to work from home in the Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK area. As a key member of our team, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center, ensuring that all customer service needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of remote call center representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure optimal performance - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve call center operations and enhance customer satisfaction - Monitor call center metrics and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Conduct regular training sessions for call center staff to enhance skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow across the organization - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in call center operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets - Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
