Call Center Officer

Job Description:

SimCorp is seeking a hardworking and resilient individual to join our team as a Call Center Officer. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. The Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times 5. Document all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to problem-solve and think innovatively 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
