Job Description:
Widex, a leading provider of cutting-edge hearing solutions, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Officer to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Use persuasive skills to promote our products and services to potential customers. 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management. 9. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 4. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues. 5. Excellent persuasion skills to promote products and services effectively. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and other call center technology. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
