Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job Description:


SimCorp is seeking a Call Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for a motivated and energetic individual looking to jumpstart their career in customer service. The Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and providing exceptional service to all customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders. 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 5. Use analysis and decision-making skills to provide personalized solutions to customers. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 8. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 3. Energetic and motivated personality with a positive attitude. 4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Fluency in Danish and English.
