Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

As a Remote Call Center Specialist at DONG Energy, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive experience for all callers.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Providing product and service information to customers. 4. Upselling products and services to customers when appropriate. 5. Documenting all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system. 6. Meeting or exceeding performance goals related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and call resolution.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Confident and driven personality traits. 3. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
