Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

SANOVO Technology Group is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team in København, Capital, DK. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Chat Support Associate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Providing excellent customer service through chat support to resolve technical and non-technical issues - Troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Communicating with customers in a clear and professional manner - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer support - Utilizing company resources effectively to provide accurate and helpful solutions - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Resourceful and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent presentation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Previous experience in chat support or customer service is required - Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems
