Novozymes is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Remote Client Relations Assistant. This full-time position is based in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark and is at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Remote Client Relations Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships remotely, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Providing timely and effective communication with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Collaborating with the sales team to develop client retention strategies - Managing client data and information in CRM systems - Assisting with the coordination of client events and meetings
We are looking for someone who is energetic and passionate about client relations. The ideal candidate should also possess strong people management and project management skills.
