Client Relations Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team at GN Store Nord in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and ensure deadlines are met - Conduct research to understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of projects and any relevant developments - Manage client expectations and communicate any potential issues or obstacles that may arise - Work closely with the sales team to generate new business and expand our client base
