Job Description - Client Service Officer


Job Description:


As a Client Service Officer at SANOVO Technology Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our customers. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with clients. You will work closely with our sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of client interactions - Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to better serve clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Passionate about providing exceptional service to clients - Resourceful and able to adapt to changing priorities - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team
