Client Service Representative

Danske Commodities is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in København, Denmark. As an Associate level position, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate for this role will be driven and independent, with excellent communication and analysis skills. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met - Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and resolve issues - Analyze client data and provide insights to improve client experience - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to problem solve - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Fluency in English and Danish
