Job Description - Client Support Officer


Job Description:


Leo Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company based in København, DK, is currently seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Manage and maintain client accounts in our internal CRM system. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate complex issues when necessary. 5. Contribute to the development of client support resources and materials. 6. Monitor client feedback and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resilient and reliable with the ability to handle challenging situations. 4. Demonstrated project management and time management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Fluent in Danish and English.
